All orders are required to be signed, failure to sign will result in your package being sent back to the nearest post office.
 
Please be aware if your shipping address and billing address doesn't match your order will be refunded/cancelled out and charged 3% of total order
• Example 1: If your name is  Alicia and you paid with a card under the name Justine you will get refunded 
• Example 2: If you live in Ohio and your bill address is Florida you will get refunded

Return to sender packages 
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. Please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. 

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).
